Jenn Davis, along with the other members of the TSG Solutions, Inc. consulting team, will unveil the team's findings and recommendations regarding campus security and violence prevention, including those pertaining to the prevention of, and response to, sexual violence on college and university campuses. The MA Dept. of Higher Education adopted these recommendations in June, 2016. Ms. Davis will also participate on a panel with Djuna Perkins and Elizabeth Sanghavi, discussing the perspective of external Title IX investigators, and will facillitate another panel discussion  on campus climate surveys. That panel will include representatives from MIT, Tufts University, UMASS Lowell, and Westfield State University.

TSG Solutions, Inc., Jenn Davis LLC, Kayyem Solutions, LLC and Campus Safety Associates, inc. were recently awarded a contract for the provision of consulting services for the newly developed Massachusetts Task Force on Campus Safety and Violence.  The team, headed by TSG Solutions, Inc., will develop a survey designed to assess existing practices and policies on campus safety and violence prevention in the Commonwealth. The team will also conduct a research study on national best practices in this area. This work will enable the team to develop findings and to make recommendations to institutions of higher education on these topics.   

This proposed bill would require Massachusetts institutions of higher education to craft and implement significantly expanded policies, procedures, and training regarding Title IX.
